Interactive installation Garden Mechanique - screencast
An interactive installation inspired by visual poem Ogród Mechaniczny ("Mechanical Garden") by Tytus Czyżewski (1922). This work is commissioned by Lubuska Zachęta Sztuki Współczesnej (Contemporary Art Lubuska Incentives) - Lublin / Poland.
Ogród Mechaniczny is motion tracking basis multiuser installation, transforming "frozen" image by Czyżewski into amorphous, interactive and playable situation. It's also a kind of interactive, audiovisual, instrument/composition illustrating synthetic character of Czyżewski's style by - synthetic, as well - specially composed set of sounds and musical structures triggered by audience movements and gestures.
